Banckle Collaborator newsletter for January 2011 is available now. In this newsletter, you would find all the information about newly supported features, bug fixes and performance enhancements that we made during this month. But above all other tidings, we are excited to announce the addition of a new product Banckle Feedback Capture in the Banckle family. It is an effective feedback collection and management tool for any organization to collect opinions, suggestions and ideas from customers. Companies can later engage this valuable user’s feedback to improve their business.
What’s new in this month’s newsletter?
- After the DimDim acquisition, Banckle Online Meeting has received a tremendous market response as a perfect DimDim alternative solution for web conferencing. It provides FREE solution for web conferencing, webinars, audio and video conferencing, and you can share your full screen or an application, PowerPoint presentations or whiteboards with your clients and colleagues from around the globe.
- Banckle also offers all DimDim pro users to easily migrate their data to Banckle Online Meeting and further allows accessing all Banckle Apps FREE for 12 months.
- We have recently improved the product homepages layout to showcase all the features supported by Banckle Apps. Now you can easily access to the features-detail pages right from the product homepage(s).
- With Banckle Live Chat, now it is easier for you to track website visitors browsing behavior. You can monitor users activities in the real time related to important statistics like; where they are from? How many times they have visited your website? Which pages on your website are getting more hits? What are their machine and software specifications?
- Banckle Online Meeting now saves chat transcripts as well that take place during Banckle Online Meeting sessions for later review. Users may open this chat transcript as open-text file in their browsers or even download it if they require.
- Some major performance tweaks and UI adjustments have now been addressed and improved in the current Banckle File (For iPad) version 1.2.
- Some general usability and stability issues that were reported in Banckle Remote Access, Banckle Online Meeting and Banckle Live Chat have now been fixed.
- Banckle Email Server will soon feature a catch-all email address functionality that will allow you to receive all email sent to a domain.
- We are working extensively to integrate Banckle Live Chat with Google Translate to break the language barriers and ensuring that your visitors are provided help in the language they desire.
- With Banckle Online Meeting, you will soon be able to select specific attendees and request for them to share their desktop in a Banckle Online Meeting session. This innovative feature allows you to not worry about who needs to send a meeting invite to whom, as desktop sharing is enabled both as host and as attendee.
- Banckle Email Server will soon allow you to send emails to groups of users, more commonly known as mailing-lists. This group email-sending feature allows you to use a group alias to send emails to multiple users. These groups may be defined in Banckle Apps Admin.
