We are rolling-out this edition of the Banckle Collaborator Newsletter little before the usual dates, and that’s because we want to bring you up-to-date with what we have been working ever since you last heard from us as well as to wish you guys a Happy New Year in time. In this newsletter, you would find all the information about newly supported features, bug fixes and performance enhancements that we made during this month.
What’s new in this month’s newsletter?
- An iPad version of Banckle File Sharing (Banckle File) is available for free download from Apple App Store.
- We are updating our website content for each Banckle App (Banckle Live Chat, Banckle Email Server, Banckle Online Meeting) to give you an in-depth features showcase. It allows you to get a more focused picture regarding apps features, functionalities and capabilities.
- Deployment widget of Banckle Live Chat has now been customized to guarantee 100% Live Chat widget go-through rate. You will never hear your customers complaining about Live Chat popup being blocked by some blocker program. Banckle Live Chat will ALWAYS be delivered with-in your customer's browser.
- Share a Banckle Online Meeting session recording with specific contacts. You may also choose to recast the Banckle Online Meeting session to all participants.
- All Banckle users can now securely send and receive their emails on any email client (MS Outlook, Thunder Bird, iPad, iPhone etc) of their choice as well as keeping their emails synced with Banckle Email Server using IMAP.
- Banckle File Sharing has introduced short and SEO-friendly file URLs to enhance human readability and crawl ability for bots as well.
- Themes for Banckle Live Chat can now be previewed in real-time. This allows you to ensure the look and feel of the live chat dialog that your website visitors will experience.
- Using Banckle Live Chat, you can now observe what path a user follows to navigate to a certain page on your website. This serves as invaluable information for you to judge the effectiveness of your web-site structure.
- The auto-play video email messages do not continue to play in the background even when you shift control. This bug has now been fixed in Banckle Email Server.
- All issues that users were facing with Banckle Online Meeting in full-screen mode have now been resolved.
