Online video advertising company creates partnership to bring Gray's 36 TV station ads to the Web

Mixpo, an online video advertising technology company, announced today that it has partnered up with Gray Television, Inc. to extend its brand of local TV advertising to the Web.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Gray Television is a television broadcast company primarily focused on delivering news and entertainment to select local markets. With 36 stations in total, affiliated with CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX, the local television company is a good example of Mixpo's ideal client.

Mixpo fills the gap between local TV and Internet advertising by aiding media companies, local agencies and marketers, and national agencies and brands in transferring their stock in TV ads to rich interactive Web ads.

Xspots is Mixpo's idea for an ad unit that brings the best of TV and Web advertising together. Just like TV ads, they can be locally-targeted. And they run in standard display inventory just like standard display ads. Xspots go beyond these fundamental features, however, in enabling Mixpo's clients to update the ads on-the-fly to create for a truly local, customizable, and intelligent ad that even the customer should find valuable.

Or so is the expectation of Gray Television, entering in today's deal with Mixpo. 

They shouldn't be disappointed, as Mixpo has been seeing incredible growth all the time. Its service is unique and growing in popularity as the company continues to expand. Less than a month ago, Mixpo extended its service to ad agencies.
