Jeffrey has spearheaded the development of green-field and extended-enterprise business solutions for premier Fortune 500, Government, and start-up organizations that delivered business advantages through cutting-edge technology.  

His leadership and practical knowledge of implementing solutions, based upon entrenched as well as emerging technology, has enabled his companies and clients to achieve significant benefits while managing the risks associated with the early adoption technology and corresponding business models.  

His broad range of experience in developing the organizations to create new systems, designing the systems, and adopting technology to deliver real-world solutions, provides a comprehensive point of view to the creation of new software products and companies.

He is the inventor of two patents, one for video compression and one for real time data correlation.

Jeffrey received his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from San Francisco State University.
