Vator Cookies: When you visit the Vator website, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Please note that media files uploaded by Users to the Vator Sites cannot be removed and remain subject to our Terms of Use.

Data Security
Vator endeavors to ensure the commercially reasonable protection of user's PII. Vator uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. However, the Internet is an open system and technology and human operators are not infallible. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee that the individual user information you have transmitted, including PII, will not be intercepted by others and/or decrypted or accidentally disclosed. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet, and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure. If Vator learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we are a general audience site and do not intend to collect any PII from children under 13 years of age, unless we believe such collection to be permitted by law. Our Site targets an audience that is over the age of 18 and some content may not be appropriate for all ages. Parental supervision is recommended. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Vator Sites at any time or in any manner. If Vator learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Vator Sites without verified parental consent, then Vator will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. Use of third-party services
This Privacy Policy applies to the Vator Sites. Vator may contain links or use services (such as third-party enablers of comments in the VatorNews newsroom) that are not controlled or operated by Vator. You can also log into Vator using Facebook Connect (LinkedIn and Twitter will be coming soon). These services are used to authenticate your identity and give you the option to use certain information, such as name and email address, to accelerate the sign-up process. We also use other social media features, such as share buttons provided by Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. Our policies do not apply to these sites.
