Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name, contact information, email address, other PII and other information volunteered by you) to Vator when choosing to participate in various activities on the Vator Sites, such as creating personal or company profiles, uploading videos and financial documents, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists.   • Vator Cookies: When you visit the Vator website, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking user trends.   • Clear GIFs Information: When you use the Vator Sites, we may employ "clear GIFs" (a.k.a. Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our Users anonymously (i.e., in a non-personally-identifiable manner). In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.
  • User communications - When you send email or other communication to Vator, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
  • Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites - This Privacy Policy applies to websites and services that are owned and operated by Vator.

    Vator allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Vator Sites. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Vator Sites. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. How We Use Information

  • If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Vator Sites, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Vator. Vator may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business associates or otherwise. Without limitation, information collected, including PII, may be used by Vator for internal research purposes, marketing, promotions and public relations, subject only to the terms of our privacy policy..

  • We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. Vator endeavors to ensure the commercially reasonable protection of user's PII. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee that the individual user information you have transmitted, including PII, will not be intercepted by others and/or decrypted or accidentally disclosed. This Privacy Policy applies to the Vator Sites.
