I wanted to work on something personally meaningful that could make a hugely positive impact in the world.

Most frustrating is the feeling that we could always be moving faster and doing more. Most rewarding is making impossible happen!
Not being able to prioritize and confusing priority with urgency.
1. Prioritization is key. It's the only way I can manage being a Mom of two young kids and a founder of a VC backed company.
2. It's important to work on something that you are passionate about. That's the only way one could get through the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur
3. Surround yourself with people who support you. I'm lucky to have co-founded with my husband - I can't imagine going through the entrepreneurship journey without him. I also have my family near me and I'm fortunate to be part of the StartX community.
