Vanessa Ballentine

A graduate of UCLA, Vanessa Ballentine made a name for herself playing key roles at several prominent LA-based organizations before beginning her tenure at DermStore Beauty Group in 2010. Today, as DermStore’s Vice President of Operations, she has lead several teams including the organization’s customer service, inventory management and replenishment, facilities and order fulfillment initiatives in addition to heading up its flagship retail store and spa. Vanessa currently oversee's project management, retail and customer service. Vanessa's broad-spanning experience, coupled with her meticulous attention to detail and passion for perfecting the customer experience has been critical to DermStore’s growth and success, proving an instrumental element in the company’s 2013 acquisition by Target Corporation.
