My motto is "get it done", many times this means long days and a lot of time for small rewards (frustrating) and other days it equates to big rewards (exhilarating). I've learned to keep my eye on the ball and enjoy the roller coaster ride!
Not taking any time off to focus on all of life
1) Don't get buried in one idea for too long. Litmus test and iterate quickly.
2) Don't neglect relationship-building, it's not just about the end results, tend to the garden
3) Make sure good people in your organization are taken care of, they are priceless
