Tony Shaw

Tony Shaw is the President and Founder of Semantic Universe, and its parent company Wilshire Conferences. At Semantic Universe he directs the editorial strategy for all distribution channels, including the online journal www.SemanticUniverse.com, the annual Semantic Technology Conference (SemTech) and other educational content such as webcasts, white papers and research. At Wilshire Conferences (www.WilshireConferences.com) he is the program chair of the annual Enterprise Data World conference.

Previously Tony was President of Technology Transfer Institute and today he continues as the facilitator of the TTI/Vanguard advanced technology forum for senior technology executives (www.ttivanguard.com). Prior to TTI, he was Executive VP at the Institute for International Research (IIR) where his portfolio of advanced technology programs included such diverse topics as superconductors, expert systems, computer security and manufacturing with composites.
