Prior to joining YouTube in February 2011, Tom spent five years with
Google's New Business Development team, focused on launching and
supporting new products through strategic partnerships and
data/technology licensing deals.
Tom began his career as a consultant for Deloitte, where he spent
several years helping Fortune 100 companies improve their customer
relationship management functions.
Tom received his Bachelor of the Arts in Communications from Boston
College, and his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard
Business School.
