Tom started his IT career in 1987 at Doubeday Book and Music Clubs in New York. Later he managed the largest mainframe appication at Smith Barney (Citibank) for 6 yearis. In 1998 he started a spice blend company and marketed products under 'Spice N Flavor' for 6 years. In 2000 he got involved with Internet doing website and content management development for small businesses.

He is focusing on food again with a real time location based app to reduce food waste and help shoppers get better prices for perishable food.
