Thomas Layton has extensive experience in successful web businesses, including as the CEO of OpenTable, the CEO of Metaweb (acquired by Google in 2010) and as a co-founder of CitySearch, Inc..
Thomas previously served in executive leadership roles at Score Learning Corporation and MicroFinancial Corporation, and as a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He also has ongoing involvement with other entrepreneurial firms and in venture capital, and is currently a board member for a number of up-and-coming and established web companies, including OpenTable and Ancestry.com.
Thomas is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. He holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
