TAMMY RICHMOND, MS, OTRL, FAOTA is an Occupational Therapist and Exercise Physiologist with an extensive clinical background in rehabilitation, wellness, management, and technology.  She is the CEO and founder of Go 2 Care, Inc, an online telehealth company that provides education, consultation and virtual physical and occupational therapy services.  In addition, she owns two other health care companies; Hands 4 Health and Ultimate Rehab, LLC. Hands 4 Health provides concierge therapy services. Her clients include professional sports figures and Hollywood celebrities.  Ultimate Rehab, LLC is a practice management and operations company that provides consulting services and products to therapy start ups.  Tammy also is an adjunct professor with the USC Division of Occupational Therapy teaching courses on entrepreneurship, creating business and marketing plans, and the application of telehealth technologies across areas of practice.  She also dedicates her time to serving as the Chair of Ad Hoc Committee Chair in Telehealth for Occupational Therapy Association of California (OTAC), Telehealth Ad Hoc Committee for American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and Vice Chair for the American Telemedicine Association Telerehab SIG.   Tammy has authored multiple publications and lectures on various aspects of clinical practice, management and telehealth across the country.  She recently received the “Roster of Fellows” as a “Leader in Entrepreneurship, Private Practice, and Advocacy”.
