The same thing - it can be frustrating when other people don't see or share your vision. But incredibly rewarding when it comes to life and they do.
Paying too much attention to fundraising and press. And not enough attention to building great product and growing revenue. Thinking short term rather than long term.
1. Be stubborn about vision, not about how you get there but don't waste time working on something you're not passionate about 2. Be careful about who you hire but trust the people you do 3. Nothing happens as quickly or neatly as you might want
