Simon's work ranges from advising technology start-ups through to companies receiving growth capital.  He has also advised on many acquisitions, both national and cross border.

Clients include Shutl, Trampoline Systems, CityMapper, Amadeus and Google.  Simon leads the firm's Tech City initiative.

Simon is a member of the British Venture Capital Association's Technology Committee and he is based in the firm's London and Cambridge offices.  Described as a “doyen of the industry”, Simon is ranked in band 1 by Chambers and recommended by Legal 500 for venture capital investment.
