Shyam Rao

Mr. Shyam Rao is a Co-Founder and CEO of Punchh. Previously, he held positions of increasing seniority at Motorola in its CDMA and WiMAX divisions, co-founded LoCognition, and served on the Principal Investments Team at Merrill Lynch. He also served as a Vice President of Business Development at Prime Focus, a large media-services company. 

Mr. Rao holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
