What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

What's rewarding? Building stuff. Seeing stuff take off. Seeing people progress. Seeing culture emerge in the company. What's frustrating? People saying no. Doing the donkeywork yourself.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Backing ideas not people. It's much easier to change the product than the team.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Make sure the founding team is well-balanced.
Get insanely great people on board as fast as you can.
Do stuff faster! Faster is always better.
