There is no silver bullet . There is not a single solution that can make your company. The success of a startup is the compilation of luck infused with many little wins along the way.
You can’t do it all yourself – It is not possible to scale the company with just two to three people. In reality, that just results in being overworked and unfocused.
1.) Bring the funk- If you are not passionate enough about what you are doing you won’t have the heart, desire and commitment needed to succeed.
2.) Always be launching. Best way to grow a business is learn by doing. Launch a product, test the product, and quickly engage the feedback. Innovating is a constant experiment so launch and pivot. Don’t force yourself down a path if it is not working. Make a correction.
3.) Listen to core customers. Respond to everyone, but have a strong rule of authority.
