I'm bursting with ideas!

My favorite startups:

Any health related startup. People do amazing things when they are healthy.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Entrepreneurship consists of dealing with problems. Its great you work through it all and can laugh about getting through hard stuff.

Squabbling.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

(1) Take the time to make sure you are working with the right people, (2) make plans and be prepare to adjust them as you go and (3) don't forget to take care of yourself.
