Currently, Mr. Hernandez is the co-founder/CEO/resident rainmaker at devlabs LLC (www.devla.bs), an Oakland, CA based company which incubates tech start-up companies founded by outlier entrepreneurs from small cities and rural towns around the world.
For over 10 years, Mr. Hernandez has been global entrepreneur who works with early stage companies to enhance their go-to-market strategies globally, increase their product market fit, and develop clear value propositions for their customers.
Prior to venturing into the entrepreneurial world, Mr. Hernandez was a senior management consultant at Accenture, a Fortune 500 company. At Accenture, he was responsible for implementing large ERP systems for clients around the world.
Mr. Hernandez was also the Chairman of the Board of the Greater San Jose Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he was responsible for global business development. During his tenure at the Chamber he led over 15 trade missions to Europe, Asia, South East Asia and Latin America. He was also responsible for developing partnerships with business associations, government and universities to enhance trade and investment between Silicon Valley and the world. Mr. Hernandez holds a B.S. from Columbia University School of Engineering.
