As creative project manager, I think up out-of-the-box strategies to help clients stand out, then execute the resulting creative work on time (and within budget). I have worked on websites, videos, and branding systems for clients in clean-tech, venture capital, gaming, cloud, and security industries, and have assisted with multiple Kickstarter campaigns for our startup clients. Before Sterling, I spent four years training with Marines, where I mastered project management and quick decision-making, and cultivated a strong passion for understanding what makes businesses succeed in an ever-changing world by studying international business and strategic management. When not in the office, I like to catch up on my ever-growing reading list, train our puppy Penny how to speak three languages, and hike mountains.
