What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most frustrating is when your mom tells you to get a real job and stop chasing dreams, then walks out on you.

The most rewarding is connecting with the right people that see your vision and make it a success!

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Waiting until tomorrow for a perfect time to start when they could do something today.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Have trust and faith in the right people to do the job.

Rodney Nguyen, as Founder & CE0, has earned a B.S in Computer Science from UCSD but his passion lies in Real Estate and being an entrepreneur. At one time, he managed 15-20 tenants/roommates and operated 3 rental properties in the Inland Empire while working a full-time job as a programmer for a Defense company in San Diego. He discovered from using other services such as Craigslist, placing classified ad in the local PennySaver, and signing up to other roommate matching service where they charge membership fee for an inbox, were like fishing with his bare hands. The good ones seem to slip away. He had problems with these other services, then in 2010, he began coding Roomplug from the ground up.
