If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to change the world.

My favorite startups:

Kanga Technology,

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

There may not be an I in team but there damn sure is an I in wIn. Working with a team is critical but in the end, I have to lead and push harder than anyone else. The only place that success comes before work is in the dictionary.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Believing in the mirror. All you believe bad is not and all you believe great is also questionable. Keep your focus on the customer and more often than not the bottom line will take care of itself.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) If it is going to be, it's up to me.
2) Trust but verify.
3) Have fun in the process. If it is not some fun along the way everyone burns out and there will be no success.
