What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The thrill of bringing a new idea to lo life and seeing it fly is most rewarding. The archaic structure of our medical system makes so impervious to innovation on so many levels, and causes frustration. Luckily, this is changing (however slowly!)

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not doing customer discovery and being too emotionally wrapped up in their idea.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Take criticism to heart-it makes your product better
2) Invest in customer discovery
3) Stay away from anyone who does not support your core mission
