What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

rewarding as to be able to bring something that is new and useful to a lot of people
office politics, once the team got larger, was the worst

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

growing large before nailing down the business model with easy money

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Focus on business model exclusively, so that it becomes sustainable. All other activities should be in service of this.
2. Hire the right person not just for the skill you need but also for the temperament. Fire quickly, even it is a key resource.
