I have extensive experience in retail campaign management, targeting and evaluations. The core analysis conducted are to identify the right customers, calculation of the customer loyalty, Customer insights-Basket segmentation, Customer segmentation, Frequency Analysis. Provide recommendations to client on the selection of products for campaigns and also share insights on strategies for customer acquisition, customer retention and cross selling of the products. Being the SME for mailing targeting’s and their evaluation the responsibility of quality assurance of other team members is also entrusted to me. Exploring innovations/restructuring in processes to reduce runtime and manual effort was one of the key areas which lead me do some automation in mailing targeting solutions. The technical expertise I have in SAS are data management skills like creating data structures, handling missing values, reading raw data files, handling programming errors, concatenating of SAS datasets etc. Data manipulation techniques like using informats and formats, character and numeric functions etc. Well versed in PROC PRINT, PROC FREQ, PROC SUMMARY, PROC MEANS, PROC TRANSPOSE, PROC SQL, SAS MACROS, LIBNAME. I have knowledge in using R-Studio for statistical analysis and model building like Regression model, Linear regression model, Logistic regression model, time series, Decision Tree model, machine learning, Artificial Neural Network etc. Specialties:  Good communication oral/written with convincing skills and clarity of thought.  Ability to listen to the client requirement and understand them.  Ability to actively seek solutions to problems
