Mr. Siah has more than 10 years experience in the real estate industry and more than 17 years in the civil service as a Republic of Singapore Air Force Officer, and AH-64D Apache Longbow Helicopter Pilot. Mr. Siah co-owns Hanson Court Pte Ltd, a real estate investment company which focuses on commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Siah is also the Co-Founder of Fraxtor, an online marketplace for fractional real estate investment.
Mr. Siah was a Military Training Award scholarship holder in the Republic of Singapore Air Force and graduated from the Australian Defence Force Academy. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of London, a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, and a Master of Business Administration from the Imperial College London.
Mr. Siah also holds a Certificate in Fintech from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from the Cornell University, a Professional Certificate in Asset Management from the New York Institute of Finance and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Portfolio Management from the National University of Singapore.
Mr. Siah is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and the Institute of Engineers Singapore. He is also the regional chairperson in Singapore for the Foundation of International Blockchain Real Estate Expertise.
