I want to invent something cool.
The same answer for both: the unknowns.
Trying to take on every task yourself and not surround yourself with people who are more competent than you in areas that are not your strength.
1. While it is fantastic to listen to the success stories it is equally just as important to listen to those of failure.
2. Get the right people on the bus and then figure out where they sit instead of trying to put the right people in the right seats.
3. Fail quickly to get to the next step.
I'm an entrepreneur and a client happiness specialist who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the social media space. I have direct experience working with a variety of iternational brands and I am a firm believer that in order to succeed, one must be willing to wear many hats.
