What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Not having a road map. The most rewarding is being able to create yourself!

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

They do not trust their intuition on decision making.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

There is no such thing as success, only successes.

Failure is absolutely necessary and it must be analyzed.

Be patient in gathering perspective.
