I love the challenge of turning an idea into a flourishing company that solves a real pain point for people.

One of the most rewarding parts of entrepreneurship is getting to see your product in action in a real user's hands. Being able to solve a pain point for someone, and helping make their life better is a great feeling.
Trying to get it right the first time around. Building a company takes a lot of learning, and you're going to have to adapt your product and your strategies as you learn more.
Give yourself forcing functions to make sure you meet goals, learn from every single mistake, and make sure the product you're building solves a real problem.
Michelle Norgan (Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Kismet) was previously on the founding team of a social startup where she designed and launched the company's Consumer Mobile and Web products.
She holds a BS from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
