Most difficult aspect of entrepreneurship is finding the right people to work with, most rewarding part of entrepreneurship is that it doesn't feel like work because its more of a passion/hobby.
The fear of failing.
1 Always work for a start-up that you believe in. Its more enjoyable to work for something that you know will be successful. 2 Don't mind critics who give negative feedback/or don't take you seriously. Just acknowledge them and move on. 3. It's ok to make mistakes. "A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new" - Albert Einstein
