I want to change the world.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

To me the most frustrating part of entrepreneurship is also the most satisfying. And that is to wake up every morning with an idea I just can't seem to shake. It's what I think about while taking a shower, eating breakfast, driving and working my normal routine. It's the first thing I think about when I get out of bed in the morning and the last thought on my mind as I drift off to sleep at night. And then I dream about it.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Stay up to date on bookkeeping, taxes, registrations and such. While annoying and distracting, they are a necessary evil.
2. Always stay focused on the bigger picture. Outsource the details.
