Mark Flanagan

Mark Flanagan is an entrepenuer and a veteran of the wireless industry. His career in the industry started with acquiring two MSA Cellular markets in 1986 via the FCC cellular lotteries which he operated and subsequently sold in 1988 . In 1995, he was co-founder and CEO of Debisys, Inc, the first electronic transaction processing company serving the prepaid wireless sector. There he was responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing initiatives and developed the business with over 7,000 retail points of distribution After his departure in 2003, he started Prepaid Consulting Services which he continued until September, 2005. In late 2005, he co-founded MAD Prepaid, Inc where he was responsible for building the business model and overseeing the build out of the web portal PrepaidWireless.com. Mark is a true visionary type person that can recognize new technology and industry that presents great business opportunities at an early stage. He brings the skill sets, drive and talent to build successful and sustaining sales organizations.He is a highly motivated individual that works well in start-up organizations helping to build a strong foundation from the ground up.
