As a Principal at Samsung NEXT Start, San Francisco, I serve as an investor and mentor for seed-stage start-up companies.

Before Samsung, I was the Chief Technology Officer of ShopRunner. I was co-founder and CTO of ShopSanity prior to its acquisition by ShopRunner. Earlier, I was CTO of Infospace and, prior to that, co-founder and CTO of Clickshift, which was acquired by Webtrends. I also served as the VP of Software Engineering for Savi Technology. Before that, I was CTO of NBC Internet after it acquired Flyswat where I was also co-founder and CTO. I have a bachelor's and a master's degree in computer science from MIT.
