What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most frustrating thing is peeling back the layers of your idea so that others can understand and buy in to your vision. The most rewarding thing so far is to see people appreciate and benefit from the product that we have created.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

Tunnel vision where entrepreneurs focus on the product development and create the solution that they would use without getting the real feedback from their users.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Always listen to your users.
2. It never hurts to ask for something:) Ask nicely as people do want to help others.
3. Never give up.

Partner @2Point Solutions- Helped to grow an awesome team that created custom internet marketing solutions for 100+ SMBs.  We focused heavily on brick and mortar SMBs to allow them to capture new customers by managing introducing internet and social media marketing and managing their internet prescence.  

Sales VP @Jitco Group Limited- Opened new markets for this gray market export trading company.  In 7 months from inception, we had grown the company to 10+ people and had reach more than $7 mil in sales.  We focused on exporting brand new luxury cars and grew the business to include customers from Korea, Russia, UAE, Japan and China.

Director, Federal Sales @MMSGOV - Expanded company verticals to include IT Service consultants as well as training options for the DOD and Federal Government. We grew revenue by 400% in 2 years and ended up winning 40+ government contracts.
