Kristina is an angel investor with a passion for supporting entrepreneurs with a vision for positively impacting our local and global community.

Most recently, as Vice President of Corporate Development for Adobe Systems Inc., Kristina led a team focused on inorganic growth strategy, equity investments, M&A execution and post-merger integration. Overseeing over 25 transactions in her tenure at Adobe, she was instrumental in Adobe's $1.8 billion acquisition of Omniture and its $240 million acquisition of Day Software.

Prior to Adobe, Kristina held positions with Lehman Brothers in Technology Investment Banking and with Hewlett Packard in Strategy & Corporate Development. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
