Kristin McDonnell is a former venture-backed CEO and now the President of M33 Partners, a growth strategy consulting firm, and serves on Boards of Advisors and as Interim CMO and Exec. 

Kristin has been a management team member of six early-stage start-ups which raised over $100MM in venture capital and realized billions of dollars in market value through two IPOs and five acquisitions by major media companies. 

As an entrepreneur, CEO, Chairman, VP Marketing, and VP Content, she has been a pioneer in the creation, growth, and monetization of dozens of digital media brands, consumer internet services, and mobile software applications. Kristin has been a member of exec teams responsible for acquiring over 20 million digital consumers and generating millions of dollars of revenue through online and mobile advertising, subscriptions, and payments. 

From 2004-2010, Kristin was the CEO, Chairman, and Co-Founder of LimeLife, the first mobile and web company serving female consumers. The company forged software distribution, publishing, and advertising partnerships with wireless carriers, leading online players, major media companies, and advertisers including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Apple, NBCU, Time Inc., MTV, Yahoo, and P&G. The company was acquired in 2010. 

Kristin has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from Northwestern University with Tau Beta Pi academic honors.
