What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The best part of entrepreneurship / innovation is watching your ideas come to life and watching your company grow from a whiteboard to a full platform. I learned so much from my startup and I'm still learning . I meet new people who are all creative and inspiring and I have an amazing team who are like family to me now. The most frustrating thing about being an entrepreneur is having an amazing app but pitching over and over again to investors who don't understand the potential of your market and space. When you have been bootstrapping for awhile you just want someone to believe in your innovation as much as you do .

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not taking a step by step approach and trying to add too many features or great ideas into a unfinished product at once. Take one idea at a time and build your house log by log don't try to build an estate when you only have the materials for a log cabin .

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1.Don't forget why you started your company always stay humble.
2.Good marketing is everything , so always build a strong marketing team.
3.Make sure you hire and network/pitch to people who understand your space.
