What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Team building: Its incredibly frustrating to invest time and effort into a member that ultimately doesn't fit...and incredibly rewarding when a new member "gets it": the vision, the motivation, the purpose.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not being realistic about the time, cost, and difficulty in achieving an endpoint.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Integrity is currency.
There is always a period of learn and burn.
Hire slow, fire fast.
