We founded Keybuys with a notion that people love great products, from great countries, at the best possible discounts, available via the new medium: social networking and web 2.0. In consideration of the newly evolving middle class emerging in China, our product is intended to help US businesses and brands increase their branding as well as introduction of new companies to the Chinese community along with also being utilized within the US markets. We hope to help many companies with our product and build an intercontinental reach in newly emerging markets. Quote_down

I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to change the world.

My favorite startups:

Google, Facebook, Groupon, Baidu, Youtube

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Frustrating: Remembering that although the time it takes to launch your baby in a correct way is a little pressing, very pressing, in fact, to do it the right way with the least liability is the BEST approach. If you screw up in the beginning your brand/product suffers. Make as little errors prior to launch as possible.
Rewarding? Everything. For people to partake of your innovation, no matter what it is, and to gain pleasure/benefit from it is in itself a very rewarding and satisfying feeling. Unmatched in any professional sense.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

To make money/income your number one priority when developing your invention is a huge mistake. It has to be useful, necessary, creative, and loved first and foremost. Profit always has to be secondary after your product utility for any entrepreneur. Make it so.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. To say you are starting something, then you must take that time, energy, effort, stress, heartache, setback, digest it all and continue to press on.
2. Never allow others and their opinions to stall your firm beliefs. Never.
3. Always follow good advice. If you get an advisory council that would be great as well. Remember to be thankful to those who share with you that good advice. Heed criticism by those advisors with an open mind, it could help you in the long run. Be grateful, and remember when it's your turn to never forget to return that good advice in kindness to all new entrepreneurs who seek of you your wisdom.
4. Follow your instinct. Entrepreneurs aren't known to follow every advice to the letter, the most innovative broke all boundaries and have been told no, laughed at, discounted many times. Trust yourself. And when in doubt, dance it out.. once in a while.
5. Differentiate. As much as possible from your competitors.
6. Final lesson, the most important for all entrepreneurs in this competitive world of biz: Push. Always. Whenever. Wherever. However. Push.
