I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to change the world.

My favorite startups:

4sq, opower, and kiva

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Startup life is holding onto success by the skin of your teeth.

It's growing a tree across a chasm.

It's fly fishing for the stars.

It's dreaming up a thousand futures, and choosing which one you will make real.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Giving up too early.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

* Trust your dream
* Trust your team
* Genius comes from fixing 10 thousand small mistakes.
