What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

When people don't understand your vision because their brain works in a different way. I combat this through putting emphasis on communication - once you recognize that investors, developers, partners, and clients all use their brains in different ways, you can strategize around that.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Making an app for the sake of it. Please, I don't need anymore apps on my phone! Entrepreneurs also don't put enough emphasis on social skills and networking - product will always be #1, but networking should be #2.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. You probably don't need that other co-founder.
2. Fundraising is exactly like dating.
3. You're going to need more whiteboards than you think.
