Karoline Hilu

Dr. Karoline Hilu is a physician who is dedicating her career to rebuilding the healthcare system. Karoline started her career at HLM Venture Partners and at Merrill Lynch where she worked in healthcare investment banking. She then spent six years in the Corporate Strategy & New Product Development group at The Advisory Board Company. Karoline also worked at the UN Headquarters where she focused on access to healthcare in developing countries.

She is now the Chief Strategy Officer for Crossover Health and has positively impacted and led the People, Finance, and Product and Marketing teams. Karoline earned her BA from Harvard College and MD/MBA from the University of Chicago. Her husband, Joe, and son, Jack, can—almost—beat her at chess.
