I believe in Being Human first and therefore care for and thinking good for others is at the forefront. Brought up in the beautiful coastal town of Visakhapatnam in India, I studied to be an engineer, thanks to my dad who sacrificed a possibly great career for his kids. He remains my greatest inspiration. At work, I like to reinvent myself and test my limits. I do so by constantly pushing myself to take on bigger challenges. Thankfully, no role so far has pushed me to the break-point. My work experience ranges from building websites during the www boom to delivering complex projects in Banking and Financial domains. I have worked for and / or delivered to organizations like Zee (Econnect), PSI Data Systems, SQS (erstwhile Thinksoft Global), Wipro, HSBC, Lloyds TSB, First Data, Santander and Moolya, to name a few. I have been a trainee, a tester, an analyst, a lead, a manager, a CEO and an investor. Each of these roles, I have learnt how well to excel, individually at times and by being a team member at all times. My greatest strength though is to be able to connect to people. In addition to some fantastic colleagues, I have always been fortunate to work under some great bosses. To name a few, Ravi Gopalakrishnan, PSK Mohan, Vanaja Aravind, Asvini Kumar, Satyabhama Ramaswamy, Sundar Ganesh, Liam Ring, Raymond Shead, Steven Lavelle and Gail Jones. Thanks to them, the drive in me to excel and scale heights personally and professionally germinated and grew.Their style of working influenced me largely and their confidence in me at all times, helped shape a fresh engineering graduate in 1998 into someone who is now responsible for an entire organization. I humbly salute them. When not working, I am on a quest for the best single malt and have travelled places far and wide to find it. Being a keen sportsman, I play and watch cricket and follow almost every sport. Dream Big and Achieve Big but by Being Human!!!! I am lovingly called - KC.
