Frustrating: you always want to go faster.
Rewarding: building something that people love to use.

Not iterating fast enough.

1) Keep feedback loops short.
2) Don't be afraid to think big, really big.
3) If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

Juan Diego Farah is co-founder and CEO of Boxagon, a social commerce site that helps people find and share sets of items that go well together. Born and raise in Lima - Peru, Juan Diego studied in Middlebury College and Sciences-Po in Paris. He started his career in finance before building Boxagon out of TechHub in London. He is also on the board of a peruvian digital marketing agency, Mimanzana.
