What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most rewarding thing about entrepreneurship is changing the world we live in. Most frustrating may be; well, nothing. I love the drive and the passion behind it.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Diving head in over heels without testing the water.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Be charismatic, learn to utilize other talents, make your career as interesting as you can.

Full bio

Born an entrepreneur, started my first venture at the age of 20. First endeavor was to create a social media site similar to that of Facebook.com in China in 2005.

In 2010, decided to launch u-Buy.com, an innovative method of changing the way international products are landed in the US.

2011 partnered up with Henry Huang, founder of California Hearts Association, to launch Personafit.
