The most frustrating thing is having an idea that you believe is a winner and not being able to get the support, for any number of reasons, needed to make it a reality.
Most rewarding is getting up everyday knowing that you get to work on something you believe in and getting to prove to the world you can make it happen.
Being too in love with their own idea and so at times making emotional rather than strategic decisions for the business
1) Be patient - everything takes longer than you think
2) Having a partner makes things exponentially easier (in so many ways) than going it alone.
3) Stay true to your vision but don't be afraid to pivot if necessary
