Everything is frustrating at times and if you wait 10 minutes it can suddenly be completely rewarding! The creative process is so out of the box yet many of the processes are clearly in the box, so it does not always fit the establishment especially around fundraising.
Enterpreneurs think they have to do everything and know everything. Do what you do best and find the other people who do what they do best. It is collaborative effort, if you choose wisely the other members of your team can also have brilliant ideas. Encourage that independence and everyone will benefit.
Perseverance is absolutely the secret sauce to success.
Do not get lost in the HOW, the how will present itself, stay true to the vision.
Surround yourself with people who believe in you.
