Redesigns and making major changes to your concept can obviously be quite frustrating, as they requires your entire team to coordinate smoothly. The most rewarding part of entrepreneurship is meeting someone randomly for the first time and having them already have heard of your startup.
The biggest mistake founders make is being unwilling to adapt or pivot on their original idea. I know firsthand just how hard it can be to give up on what seems to be the perfect concept, but the tech industry moves too fast- you can't hold on to something that just isn't working for you.
1. Don't be afraid to cut and run if its not working
2. Get reliable designers that can always make changes on the fly
3. You are always working, get used to it
Profiles are too boring! Come meet me in person in you're in the San Francisco Bay Area-and be sure to add me @kuczeruk.
