Why did you start your company or why do you want to innovate inside your company?
A major opportunity has presented itself to change the world. I took a bet on drone delivery, and now the stars have just aligned for drone delivery to take place in the United States. Zing has a significant head start on the ones who didn't believe it would happen.
What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
Naysayers are frustrating when you're already down, proving them wrong is rewarding.
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?
Quitting for any reason at all.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
The only reason you can possibly fail is if you quit. If you win one day at a time, you're successful. Don't ask for permission, ever.
